After all procedure (RTI, FIRST APPEAL,SECOND APPEAL) not yet received any kind of replay from tamil nadu chief minister special cell. Even the SIC of tamil nadu had ordered to PIO of cm special cell to supply the information within 10 days which was dated on 28/08/2012, I had received SIC order copy via normal post. Now more than 10 days I did not receive any kind of replay from PIO of cm special cell.
Now What should I do next ?

thanks for your valuable information, should i send this letter only to SIC or same like second appeal which second appeal copy sent to PIO,FAA by me.
