Can we get the pension details of pensioners who are drawing pension from banks ?
Dear Sirs,
I am doing voluntary service in an NGO. We are helping the pensioners to get their correct pension.
We find that many defence pensioners and family pensioners are not paid their correct rate of pension
by the banks. Pensioners are not aware of their entitlement. Inorder to help them, we wanted a list of
pensioners with their PPO number, other particulars from one Bank. The bank refused to give the information,
stating that it is personal information that cannot be disclosed to others. What is the remedy.? Pl. advise.

No bank will provide you such information. You should approach the individual pensioner and get their details (if they are willing to).Sponsorer
