No RTI reply from PIO or FAA of AICTE
I filed a RTI application with AICTE,MHRD and application was delivered to the PIO office on 28-06-2012.
As the application was not answered i filed a first appeal with the FAA,which was delivered to the office on 16-08-2012.
I have not received any reply yet.
I think they are delaying the reply purposely so that i cannot take any further action once i get the reply.
This will result in wastage of my one full academic year.
Please advice me what to do..

Since you have filed your first appeal on 16 Aug, you need to wait till 16 Sep + 5 days postal delay i.e. 21 sep 2012.Sponsorer
If you dont get a reply by 21 Sep, you should file a second appeal.
