Mai apke dwara ye janana chahta hun ki mai first appeal ko kis format me likh kar du. ya kya-2 mention karna hai. qki abhi mai lucnknow mein rahta hun. lekin mai suchana apne permanent address- satyendra kr. mishra s/o sri girija shankar mishra vill. mishrouly post -chhata dist - ballia , par chahta hu.
kripaya mujhe yadi sambhav ho to pure appeal ka format bataye aur kya kya apne pas rakhna hoga.

There is no specific format for first appeal. It should include:Sponsorer
1. Your name / address (same address as given in RTI application)
2. PIOs name and address
3. Letter reference of PIO
4. Date of your RTI application
5. Copy of RTI application
6. Copy of PIos reply, if any
7. Grounds for first appeal
8. Prayer in first appeal
