Driver's license
Hello,
I wanted some help regarding my drivers license number. My license was challaned some years back and I haven't been able to find it since. Finally I was informed at the RTO that it would be in the local court. The local court requires challan copy or at least driver license number and I unable to provide either.
I went to RTO but they were unable to get the number and said they cannot help. I don't know where else to ask.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
