school counselor respected madam/sir
i work as a school counselor in a c b s e school in vadodara, gujarat. its been 2 years of my service and my joint director/ joint trustee has not started any pf, or gratuity, or esi. according to him, i am not liable to these facilities because i am a counselor. now i want to resign from my job because i am having mental stress.
kindly guide me- am i eligible to leave with in a month notice?
am i eligible to obtain an experience certificate?
kindly help me.
