Smile How to withdraw EPF


HI,
This is Rajkiran S. Deore. I was working with Trac Mail India Pvt Ltd Company based at Vashi from March 2006 till December 2007. I resigned from the company and completed the formalities for PF withdrawal, 20 days later i received a call from HR dept of my company stating i have to pay Rs. 1400/- for not giving 30day notice period orelse my PF would not be realesed. I dint paid the amount and not even got my PF amount as the company has not released it.
What should i do to get my PF money. I dont want to pay the amount demanded by the company as its illegal. Please help me.

You get a form for applying for settlement of the amount - Form 19. It is available free of cost from any of the EPF offices. You may even download it from the EPFO site in the web. Fill it. Send it to the employer for forwarding to the EPF office concerned. If they do not forward, make a complaint to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner concerned. If he is not taking action within a reasonable time, you can file an application under RTI to know why no action was taken and who is responsible for that.

tell me plz that wats the whole process to withdraw the EPF money. Can it be withdrawn without involving the employer ?

PF withdrawal


I worked with Daksh for 3 months and did not get my PF withdrawn. Want to know how to get that. I do not know my PF account number. I cannot go back to that company as I have relocated to a different city.
