Pf withdrawl

Dear Concern,
Pls help me for procedure of PF withdrawl,I was working with punjjlloyd ltd. from 17/04/2004 to 23/04/2004 .I hv no PF no. ,only DL/10589/new,hw can i withdraw my PF amount? I dont know complete PF no.

For settlement of your EPF account you to have apply in FORM 19. It can be obtained from any nearby EPF office or can be downloaded from the EPFO website. Fill that form with whatever info you have. Send it to your ex-employer for filling up the remaining details and forwarding to the concerned EPF office. After it reaches the EPF office, it has to be settled within 30 days. please contact to your employer ,they will definately help you for withdrawal of your provident fund.

Thanks Sir for guide. But i hv allready submit pf withdrawl form to my old company(Punjlloyd) not to PF office.any suggestion Sir?

What u have done is correct. Please follow up with Punjlloyd and find out when did they forward your claim to PF Office and to which office. Then you can expedite that EPF Office.
