Need Help: PF Tranfer is pending

I am Veerreddy, Currently I am working with HEWLETT- PACKARD INDIA SALES PVT LTD. BANGALORE. I would like to know my PF Transfer Status.

When I joined in Current Company (HEWLETT- PACKARD),I was requested for PF Transfer from my previous company (Elogics Technologies -Bangalore) to Current Company(Hewlett- Packard India Sales Pvt LTD -Bangalore) , and I Submitted Form NO:13, on 29/10/07.
Since that I day don't have any update regarding PF Transfer.

Whenever i asked to current company they replied that , application is pending with previous company and if i ask previous company they are replying that application is sent to PF Department.

Please any one guide me on this
Around 1yr 2 months are Completed Since i Submitted Form-13 in Current Company.
How much time it will take to transfer PF from Previous Org. to Current Org. and Still any formalities pending from my side.

It is the responsibility of the EPF office to transfer your account within 30 days. If they have not done so, you may file an RTI application seeking info regarding who delays this, when he will complete the job, what action has been taken against the person responsible for delay etc. That will expedite the matters.

As i confirm from my previous company, my PF Transfer Application is
is pending with PF Dept. Where(PF Office) can i submit RTI Application regarding PF Transfer Status.
My previous and Current Companies are in Bangalore, but currently i am working in Mumbai Client Place.
