no response from bmc

hi

I had registered the complaint of drainage problem in my area to BMC complaint office and they had also provided me the complaint registered number. two week is over yet nobody come to me with any reply or at my residence. even Bmc people are very rough in communication and always they give the answer we had forwarded ur call to concerned dept.

I stay in bandra east at Bharat nagar.

plse help me in getting my problem solve.

File RTI application and ask for action taken report.

Your RTI application has to be as per the Maharashtra RTI rules and fees. These are available in the Guide segment of the forum. Please see:

Your RTI Application needs to be addressed to the State Public Information Officer (SPIO or PIO ).

RTI procedure is :
1. RTI Application with Fee to PIO
2. If no reply/ not satisfied with reply in 30 (or 35 days in case of submission to APIO or under Section 6 (3)),
First Appeal to the First Appellate Authority (normally a officer higher than the PIO )
3. If no reply/ not satisfied with reply in 45 days to the First Appeal , then Second Appeal to the CIC/SIC (time period is 90 days)
