The CIC has recently issued "The Central Information Commission (Management) Regulations, 2007"

These regulations are very useful for those appelants going for 2nd Appeal before the CIC. Before even starting to draft your appeal, please go thorugh the regulations carefully so as to avoid disappointment at a later stage.

I had posted a detailed observations on the CIC's (Managment) Regulation 2007 by e-mail. Is it possible to convert the contents into my blog ?. It is little long for a retyping. If needs be I shall retype it. Infact the CIC has respnded me. It is likely that it is being considered during the next conference

The best way would be to copy the content from say Microsoft to 'notepad', and paste it as the thread. Once done, the formatting from the rich text editor can be applied before the posting.
