Re: DoPT's new office memorandum on strengthening RTI act 2005

The CIC passed an order asking all Ministries to out up the Gazzette Notifications on their websites - way back on 08 Aug 2011.

If Ministries are not obeying CIC orders, then why will they obey directions of the DoPT ?

I tried with all the three browsers; the same result.

Other attachments in other threads are opening correctly. May be some problem with my system, provided all other members do not face the same.

    Reattaching. Please try again.

Although it is only a 1.89 Mb file, it takes time to download (and upload). So just be patient.
