    Fees for Patta in Tamil Nadu

    I have applied for patta ( simple name transfer ) . Enclosed the following documents:

    1) Application
    2) Sale deed with attestation
    3) parent documents.
    4) Previous owner's Patta copy
    5) Ec up to date.
    6) Ration card & voter id for identification

    Application submitted to the VAO. Avadi.

    For patta is there any fees to be paid. If so How much.
