Hi my name is parvej , I had bought a second hand car last year but did not transfer it then on my name and then sold it recently to someone . I gave the papers for transfer and then i got to know that the signatures differ a bit and thhey refuse to transfer the car. I cannot find the owner as he has left mumbai for good and his cell phones are shut ..... The RTO people are saying that only if i bring the owner they will transfer the car... Please advice     |
