Dear Sir,

Can somebody please help me with the below points or guide me to information about the same

1) How are Stamp-duty and Registration charges calculated for a flat. Please explain or re-direct to a knowledgebase.

2) In Klayan District were are Stamp-duty and Registration will done.

3) If I buy a flat under resale - please explain the process of the same to a knowledgebase.
