Authenticated copies of CIC judgments

my friend has applied for DPC procedings by quoting latest {down loaded from CICsite} decisions of CIC and also attached the copies which follows as :-
I am also enclosing the latest CIC decisions/references for above points related to disclosure of DPC .(In the case of Sh. L.K. Toofan v/s Department of Posts, Ref. No. F.No: CIC/MA/A/2008/00614 Dt. 11<SUP>th</SUP> July, 2008 & in the case of Sh. Jitendra Srivastava v/s NHDC Limited. Ref. No. F.No: CIC/MA/A/2008/01213 Dt. 17<SUP>th</SUP> Oct., 2008).Which superseded the old decision CIC Judgement No. F.A.No.CIC/ATA/A/2006/00069 Dt. 13/7/2006 in the case of Sh. Gopal Kumar, SE v/s Major General Gautam Datt.
Another reference for point,(g),(h):-( in the case of Sh Santosh Kumar v/s Airport Authority of India Ltd. , Ref. No. F.No: CIC/MA/A/2008/01054 Dt. 3rd sept, 2008 & in the case of Sh. Gopal Singh v/s Department of Post. Ref. No. F.No: CIC/MA/A/2008/01046 Dt. 3rd Sept., 2008) for your ready references.
but PIO said that( the copies of the judgements of CIC submitted by you are not authenticated.Certified /authenticated copies of judgements may also be attached) the copies of judgements attached are not authenticated. now guide me what can I do for this,this will cause delay in information.from where he can collect certified copies as early as posible.

You can provide the links from which you have downloaded the information and I am sure the PIO will have no excuse for it.At the bottom of the page write "Downloaded from http://www.xxx (provide the exact link)

In case he still have doubts ask him to prove that the links given were wrong and get his statement in writing.

I think PIO can delay its decision by saying we are waiting for authenticated copy from CIC. then what can do ?

File RTI application to CIC asking for the certified copies and after getting those copies send their photo copies attested by honorary magistrate to PIO.

Rajesh,

Just give the download link as suggested by Dinesh.
Getting certified copies of the CIC orders is a herculean task and will take ages.
If you are in Delhi or nearby, and the matter is urgent to you, please go to the respective IC's Registry (the IC who gave those orders) and get them certified there.

In your First Appeal give this as one of the grounds - PIO needs certified copies of documents already available in the public domain.

I will give you some links of other CIC decisions where the CIC has ordered PIO's to refer to previous CIC decisions online. This PIO can also do that.
