The real use of
RTI is against the persons who made a group to earn illegal money or dominanting others by making a group. When any such group is working in general public we have given name "Mafia". Similar group is also available in Govt and
RTI is only usefull against them and they are only opposing the
RTI. The formation of group in Govt is changeable. Sometime some public servant not having roll in group but sometime by making some incurement the group may caught the isolated person also.
