Welcome to RTI India - Complete Online Community Portal for Right to Information
Sir if you have the detail/s of the dept./officer responsible for issues (timely credit, revision as per Goverment ordres etc.) related to your pension.File a complaint with the same department/officer & give all details ( enclose table available with you & copy of GO's) in your complain.
Wait for 20/25 days and then file a RTI application seeking information as to what action has been taken on your letter/complaint dated: XXXX.
Your RTI application to that Central Govt. dept. has to be as per the Central Govt. RTI rules and fees. Please see:
RTI Application For Central Govt Info (by JPS 50 Sir)
http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...govt-info.html
Your RTI Application needs to be addressed to the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO or PIO).
How to locate PIO:
HOW TO LOCATE A PIO UNDER RTI ACT 2005 - RTI Guide
Please see guide segment RTI Guide it has a lot of information about drafting a RTI application, fees, mode of payment, how to submit, how to locate PIO etc.
For help in framming your RTI application please see:
Sample RTI application for any thing pending with Govt. (by JPS 50 Sir): http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...ding-govt.html
You can make suitable change/s in the given sample application but please remember your queries should be in the form of seeking information not seeking an opinion or explaination.
RTI procedure is :
1. RTI Application with Fee to PIO
2. If no reply/ not satisfied with reply in 30 (or 35 days in case of submission to APIO or under Section 6(3)),
First Appeal to the First Appellate Authority (normally a officer higher than the PIO)
3. If no reply/ not satisfied with reply in 45 days to the First Appeal, then Second Appeal to the CIC/SIC (time period is 90 days)
If you dont have details: File a complaint with SBI/ Govt. department (who was your employer) & give all details ( enclose table available with you & copy of GO's) in your complain. Either they will forward your complaint to the right dept. or give you the details of the dept./officer and you can follow the same route mentioned above
Possibly this info will be of good help to you
Revert back if you still have any doubts, members will definately help you out .
regards
