Implementation of the Right to Information Act is still facing teething problems in most of the departments due to lack of understanding among the officials and lack of awareness among the information seekers. Furthermore majority of Indians are under developed and unaware and therefore also RTI Act has either got No larger or mass impact and is more a Tomfoolery for the Indian masses. Agree? Disgree?
