How can a
RTI application made to a
PIO be "sub-judice" ?
The
PIO is not a "quasi judicial officer ".
In any case, information related to matters which are "sub-judice" cannot be withheld by a Public Authority unless there is a specific direction from the court for non disclosure of documents/records.
RTI applications, once submitted to the
PIO, become public documents, as are the replies which are given by the
PIO.
Has any member ever tried filing a
RTI Application to see someone elses
RTI application, the reply of the
PIO, First or Second Appeal details ? It will be interesting to know the outcome.
