Generally, co-operative societies are not directly covered under RTI. But you can obtain some information which can be accessed by Registrar of Co-operative societies by filing RTI application to RCS.Sponsorer

Karnataka High Court has recently ruled that Coop Societies do not come within purview of RTI Act.
