There is no separate RTI office. U have to file application with SPIO of concerned govt dept/office. For details of GUJARAT INFORMATION COMMISSION pl visit gic.guj.nic.in

It takes each of us to make difference for all of us.

What do you want it is not clear. There is no rti office as such. you have to file your RTI application to the PIO of the concern department from whom you want the information. The PIO will give the address of his 1st appellate office to file first appeal, If not satisified from 1st FA you have to file 2nd appeal to the Chief Information Commissioner Gandhinagar. E-mail ID gscic@gujrat.gov.in. Postal address Information Commission, Ist floor, Statstical Bureau Building opposite police Bhawn, sector 18 Gandhinagar 382010.
I hope this will serve your purpose of rti office of Guajart / Ahmedbad.

    Dear Dave,

Every government department has appointed a Public Information Officer (PIO) under the RTI Act, 2005, for example Municipal Corporation have their PIO's for each locality, Police Department have their PIO's etc.

You have to file your RTI application with the PIO of a particular government department from whom you would to get the information.

Do come back to this forum for further assistance.
