Hi,
I was working for a IT Consulting company at Hyderabad. I was entitled to PF deductions. While leaving the company the HR Manager of the company gave me all the necessary documents (Relieving Letter, Conduct Certificate and the PF form). I signed the PF form as per the instructions given by her at that time and submitted to her. When I enquired about the delay in the process after one month, the HR Manager told me that she did not submit the PF Form at PF Office as the Employer did not sign on the PF form. I spoke to my employer regarding this and he told me that he would not sign on the PF Form as i did not serve the notice period. Actually when i sent my resignation requesting my immediate relief due to some personal problems, they accepted it without any objection at that time. Now they are making it a reason for not signing on the PF form.
Now i am in a dilemma regarding how to claim the PF withdrawal. I want to know if i can bypass my employer to claim the PF amount at PF Office directly. Can i get a PF form at PF office to claim the PF? Whose signature will be sufficient to process the PF. If the bank manager is not willing to sign on the PF Form, who are the other particular authorities can help me getting my PF. The amount is big and i am urgently in need of money in next two months.
(I have the PF Account Number with me)
I will appreciate any authoritative support from the forum.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Thanks & Regards,
Sunny
