FAA and the dept head
1. If a person is the dept head and FAA and the information sought is liknked to him than can FAA attend appeal of the subject matter in which he is involved and the information provided is false and misleading.Please tell me what should be done?
2. can the question of jurisdiction arise?

The designated appellate authority has the right to decide all first appeals. There is no provision for separate arrangements in case of information pertaining to FAA.Sponsorer
