I had worked in Atcomaart Ltd. Ahmedabad Branch as Team Leader (eMarketing) for the period of December 2007 to August 2008. As per company's rule i have completed probation period of 6 months over there and after 6 months of probation period i got confirmation letter.

Every month more than 765/- Rs were deducted from my salary as bonus.
I left the company in August 2008. And after some time i came to know that company given the bonus amount even to the employees joined after January 2008. And when i have tried to communicate with the accounts department at Ahmedabad. They have not given me any satisfactory answer and told me that "We don't know anything about that".

I have tried to contact their Main office at Mumbai but no positive reply got.

So now I am totally confused that even the employee joined after me got the Bonus amount then why not I?

Please help me in solving out my problem.
