I am resident of gujarat state.
Central government have passed a notification, No.13018/4/2004-Estt(L)
This is regarding the leave for adopted child.
When we approached the education officer for the same along with this office memorandam, we were told that there is no such circular / notification from gujarat government.
However kerala and tamilnadu government has passed the circular in respect to the above notification.
I want to know whether there is any such circular from gujarat government.

If reply is oral, pl file RTI appln with SPIO, Education Ministry, Govt of Gujarat Gandhinagar quoting central govt notification etc. and ask details of steps taken by Govt of Gujarat on this issue. U can get format and fee details in Guide section [top right] for Gurarat.

Kindly ask your question from the Gujrat govt. under RTI citing your circular No. You will get the accurate answer.

u can request u r other friends to approach the same issue from different state as a collective manner to represent under RTI for u r solution, this will work well
