How to deposite fees online

In Online RTI applications , what are the options to deposite the fees.

Are these options similar for all the ministries or Govt departments Or indifferent...

Pl if possible also post an example of On line RTI application filing and fees deposition as for the experts it always seems easier , ebing know, but the unknow is also most confused...
