If the refund is for the Assessment Year 2008-09, then I think it is still too early to start using RTI .

Nevertheless, please see the links available under the "All about RTI " icon on the home page.

Please also use the "Search" and "Tag" functions, available in the green band on top of this page and search for "income tax" or "income tax refund". You will get many useful threads.

What should I do to get my IT Refund for the assessment year 2002-2003

Hi,
I am Naved Akber. I filed my IT Return in Gurgaon, Haryana on 30th July, 2003. The refund amount was 18,582/-. But I never got it.
What should I do?

Pl visit ALL ABOUT RTI icon on home page and use sample appln for delay in incometax refund.
