Unanswered: need relevent citation

I remember having read a decision (either HC or CIC) in which plea of a PIO from a public sector bank that "I should not be penalised because I acted as per the advice of the law department of the bank" was turned down.

I need the exact decision reference number. I tried hard to get this decision but failed.

Does anybody know the reference number, please? (Such decision does exist for sure)

Here is a CIC decision similar to what I am looking for.

cic.gov.in/CIC-Orders/PB-13102008-04.pdf

But it is not what I had read.

In this decision the PIO was penalised for late response to the RTI application as the advice was sought from law department of the Bank.

My search is on. If anyone interested in this type of judgment/order he/she may kindly search for the same and post it here if found.

Re: need relevent citation

It was my early days with RTI . I did not realise at that time the importance of keeping database of the decisions.

But after streching my memory I can get :

The PA is public sector bank (canara bank or syndicate bank; I am not sure)
