Registration charges on gaothan land

Sir,

I am a flat owner of a flat which is not registered. The plot owner who is a fisherman sold the plot to the builder and from the builder we purchsed this flat. we have notarised the sale agreement which is signed by myself, the plot owner and the builder as the flat belonged to the plot owner. Now if I want to register this flat what Iwill be the procedure and what will be the registration charges for the gaothan area i.e Khar Danda in Mumbai. Please let me know.
