Where to file RTI for Sahara Housing

Experienced folks let me know where we can file a RTI

from the Sahara Housing. We cant file it directly as they are a private concern. But there must be some Govt authority to which we can file.
Help is appreciated.

You will have to file your application with the government department which holds the information

you want. That precisely will depend on what information

you need.

If there is any deficiency in service U can file complaint

with Dist Consumer Forum of your district. For other info U can file RTI

appln with Registrar Of Companies of the State in which the Head Office of the Company is situated. I think they have a website also. Pl refer my blog at http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...under-rti.html
