Need Help: Replay Not recieved even after 30 days

I have not recieved any replay even after 30 days what should i do? Also when i went to submit the application personally they refused to accept but finally they took it, but even after 30 days i have not got my replay what should i do?

You can prefer First Appeal before the designated First Appellate Authority for deemed denial of information in terms of Sub-Section-2 of Section-7 of RTI Act, 2005. It is better to prefer First Appeal after 35 days. because PIO may take five more days in terms of proviso under Sub-section(2) of Section-5.

Wait for 35 days and file First Appeal as suggested by Sh. Ravi.
