Mishra, Chief Commissioner of the State Information Commission; V. Vijay Kumar, Registrar of National Law School of India University; Y.G. Muralidharan, trustee of Consumer Rights Education and Awareness Trust; and Katyayini Chamaraju, trustee of CIVIC Bangalore.

The panel discussion will cover issues, including the scope of RTI, the rights of citizens under the Act and the timeframe within which information can be obtained.
