Starting The Procedure

Sir,
I am absolutely raw. Can you please guide me as to how to obtain information on submission of tenders to BSNL dist HQ. There has been some unfair play in acceptance of tenders and need to into the bottom of it. Please advise if stamp papers are required and to whom the request should be addressed.

As far as information pertaining to tenders is concerned you can get the same from the following online link.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.

In fact even the BSNL Telecom Districts provide all such informations and
a DGM (ITS) level officer is the in charge of the same.

As far as the unfair play is concerned this is a matter pertaining to Vigilance Cell or Complaint , in case you have the information.

In case you dont have the information you can always ask the same as per the details given in the www.bsnl.co.in\rti.htm as per the provisions of RTI Act

Further how to apply for RTI and what are the fees structure for the same...Here you can always search the threads in RTIindia.org and get the answers to all of your querries.

BUt when ever you are planning to take any step pertaining to Unfair means in Tenders...Do read the tenders rules and regulatiosn documents carefully and also identify and substantiate the information you have in hand and the informations you can get by using RTI act and thn apply for complain.....
