Dear Friends We have been discussing here, in rtiindia.org, for a greater cause... But I would like all of you to know that a NGO in India has enacted, on the basis of RTI Act an Ordinance in its Constitution and that too inspired by our RTIindia.org, members and team discussions etc. It is a great achievement for us indeed that an Non Government Organization has enacted the soul and body of RTI Act 2005, in its constitution..And in constitution in particular becasue any NGO Is answerable to the Government and Public when it comes to its rules and regulations, by-laws etc in Constitution...So by enacting the same in the constitution the NGO would also be answerable as far as RTI ordinance as enacted by them is concerned The ngo is Sweearindia....link Sweear India Cheers for all of us..rtiindia.org team and the NGO Abhinav      |
