Sales Deed not received

Dear Sir,
I would like to explain my problem.
1. I have purchased property in 2004 , Our society advocate applied for
regiistration of sales deed at Sub Registrar office at Surat-3 (Navagam)
2. In the reistration fees receipt he has mentioned delivery address " Gruh
Finance Ltd., 216-219,Belgium Tower, Ring Road, Surat" , because I
had taken home loan from this finance company.
3. This company have not received Original Sales Deed yet, and informed
me after 4 years that we have not received your original sales deed.
4. I have gone to Sub Registrar office and asked about my sales deed.
They told me that advocate had received that sales deed.
5. I meet to advocate , he told me that , I have delivered it to your
society developer/contractor. And I have receiving signature of him.
6. I meet my society developer/contractor , he told me that he don't have
my original sales deed.
All the records in our Gram Panchayat shows that this home is on my name , Also I have 7/12 a 8-A copies on my name, I am regularly paying vera bills and its receipts are also with me. Only the problem is that I don't have received original sales deed. What to do ? Please suggest.
