CAR Driving License procedure for Physically challenged person

Hi friends,

Hari krishna here. I would like to know the procedure / provision for obtaining a four wheeler driving license for a challenged person. I met with an accident and lost my right upper limb. Even though courageously i came back positively and learning driving with left hand. I am aspiring to buy a car. so kindly help me in this regard.

You may search website of RTO of the State. Alternatively You can file RTI application with PIO of RTO from where you desire to have license seeking rules of such driving licences. You have to follow RTI rules of AP which are available at RTI Guide

i am shiva, i am a physically challenged. i have knock knees, but i can drive normal manual car. i have got the certificate from the rehabitation center (KK Nagar) doctor. i would like to know how to get a licence. when i approched the chimyanagar RTO, they say they will not give licence to us even if we have certificate. can any one please help?
