Recovery of outstanding maintenacnce charges from members in Cooperative society

how can my managing committee recover outstanding of maintenance dues from members who do pay their maintenance?Is there any law by which the outstanding dues can be recovered?

First issue a notice to the member to pay the dues within a certain time frame failing which Sec.100 recovery process will be initiated. If he fails to pay up, initiate these proceedings before the concerned dy. Registrar. Buy a copy of MCS Act / Rules and follow the steps. It is simple and does not require the help of a lawyer.
