    traffic problem

We would like to bring to your attention about the problems which we face everyday, but today it was a limit we were treated very badly by rude rickshaw driver who refused to take us to our desitnation. The incident which happened today morning is described below. The registration number of the rickshaw is MH 02 TA 2660.
We took a rickshaw in front of Andheri Station, Due the presence of traffic police the rickshaw driver was quite but after taking us for about 200 mtrs he stopped and started saying that he cannot continue and wanted us to get down from his rickshaw. On asking to show his driving licience, he boldly answered us that he doesnt have a driving licience.
He just parked his rickshaw and walked away with the keys leaving us in the rickshaw, we sat for a while and then got down, Seeing us got down from his rickshaw he came and drove his rickshaw happily leaving us on the streets.
Inspite of getting late for work, we went to police station and have registed complain.
Everyday we have to bear the nusiance of rude drivers, hence we would like to suggest to have policeman deputed and have a rickshaw stand. There are lot of empty rickshaw plying on the streets refusing to take us and creating traffic problems.
Kindly look into this matter and take some action at the earliest, as lot of people are suffering due to these arogant and reckless drivers

You have not clearly mentioned, but it seems that you have filed this complaint with the police authorities.
If no action is taken within 35-40 days, you can file an RTI application to the police asking for the status of action taken on your complaint.
