This is refer to the Ambadkar Hastshilp Vikas Yojna scheme of the office of the Development Commissioner handicrafts Ministry of Textiles for the promotion, development and welfare of the artisans under this scheme.

So Developmen commissioner Handicrafts has granted to conduct base line survey of the New seemapuri cluster to the an implementing agency NGO namely ASSOCIATION FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN WELFARE dELHI, ngo HAS CONDUCTED THE BASE-LINE SURVEY AND FORMED shgS AS PER GUIDE LNES OF dchc, AND INROLLED 300 WOMEN ARTISAN dc hc OFICE HAS ISSUED THEM AS ARTISAN IDENTITY cars for further use.

But I regaret to say these scheme are only on ministries files and papers,
I would like to ask why these poor artisans are not granted any intervention since 2005 as per the guide lines of the scheme.

How many clusters are there in Delhi who are neglected by Regional Director Handicrafts office.
How many clusters in Delhi are getting interventions as per the guide lines of the AHVY scheme.
Why the SHGs federation are not granted the further intervention.
If SHGs ederation are not given intervention by the office of the development commissioner handicrafts then why it is necessary under AHVY scheme to form the SHG s Federaton for their self sustainable. and further process.

in there is monopoly in the office of the Development commissioner handicrafts when they want whom they want they are granting,
poor and needy having liberty for this scheme left to the goforsaken.

Using RTI you can obtain a copy of the papers which show implementation of the schemes. That will put a pressure on the govt. to get the work completed.
