    Information about Sanchayani savings & investment {I}Ltd's seized corpus fund.

    I would like to know the status of fund seized by Reserve Bank Of India due to complaint filed by customers.In fact said company did not returned the maturity amount to its investors ,more over they have closed their offices of Mumbai & Western India .now we all investors are in dark,we don't know what action is taken against said company.I would like to know when & how are we going to get our invested money ? What measures have been taken by R.B.I. to address the grievances of investors like me .

    You can file a RTI Application directly with the CPIO of RBI and seek the information you want.

    The RTI Application has to be as per the Central RTI Rules and Fees. These are available in the Guide segment of the forum: RTI Guide

    Krishna Chintakindi, this portal offers solutions on matters related to RTI Act only. Other areas of investment/recovery are beyond our scope. However you can try the suggestions given in post # 2 above and seek details/status from RBI.

    Have u got any information on the getting the investment back from sanchanyani from RBI or other authorised body.
