How to know application Status of NOTARY (Central Govt ) ?

Hello All,

I am practising as an Advocate in Andhra Pradesh and applied for NOTARY (New Delhi)in the Month of November 2008.Till date i have not received any ackowledgement or status of my application.

I have tried reaching the department contact numbers but either i get a standard answer that it takes some time or will not respond to the call

Can any one help me in this regard.( if any one has got approval in similar mode pl share ur contact info )
