HP gas Additional cylinder request

I have been requesting the HP gas dealer for providing an additional cylinder.
i am requesting the dealer for the past 18 months.

the first time i made the request was Mar 2006.

later i used to query him, th guy will say it is not released or it was released and was allotted.

I think this is a never ending problem, i am fed up with the dealer.

This is going to continue for the years to come.

I want to know why the dealer is not maintaining a waiting list so that he can allot the connections based on waiting list.

I don't know when the gas gets finished and every time it takes 8/10 days get a refill gas.
