Is is possible to submit complaints u/s 18 to the CIC through the Designated CAPIOs of Department of Post? Many Designated CAPIOs are refusing to accept Complaint Applications U/s 18 saying that they are not entitled to do so. Is there any circulars available online on this issue? Sidmis      |

The department of Post will only receive application, follow up and also lodge 1st appeal and inform the applicant with reference to following offices only (Central Ministries) List of Nodal Officers

Thanks Kushal for Updating me. And does it mean that no 2nd Appeal through Designated CAPIOs? Some of the CAPIOs are also accepting 2nd Appeals in Orissa. In that case what will happen to all those 2nd Appeals already filed through them? Will they be invalidated and tossed out?  Sidmis |
