Need Help: How to get the Address of MES, Delhi for filing an RTI application

I am very much upset bcoz I want to file an RTI Application abt the Cooperative Group Housing Society reimbursement made by MES but not able to get the address of the PIO of MES, New Delhi to whom I can file the application.

Kindly help me to sort it out soon.

if mes means military engineering services, probably you should be visiting the office of the garrison engineer, delhi whose office is very close to the gopinath bazaar circle in delhi cantt.

if they are not the ones who deal in the Cooperative Group Housing Society issues, atleast they'll guide you to the right office.

I dont want to visit the office, so sir can I get the address of the PIO or atleast any phone number from where i cant get the address & send my RTI application.
