passport not re-issued in 45 days
I applied for re-issue of passport at Regional Passport Office, Delhi (Bhikaji Cama Place). It has been 45 days from the date of application. The status page keeps showing that passport has been granted (for more than 10 days now). I am yet to receive the passport. Can I file RTI application? If yes, what is the procedure?
