Managing Committee Members of the Society.

[LEFT]Can any friend enlighten on the matter of becoming a Managing committee Membesr of The Co-Op.ing Society in Maharashtra :
[/LEFT]

1. [LEFT]Whether a Non-Member (Not the owner of the Flat in the Society) can become a Managing Committe Member.[/LEFT]
2. [LEFT]Whether a defaulter Members (member who is defaulter of Society's Maintenance dues on the day of Election/Selection) can become a Managing Committee Member. Kindly quote the Rule.[/LEFT]
3. [LEFT]Whether only Treasurer can sign the Maintenance Payment's Receipt OR the Secretary and Chairman has also to sign the receipt in addition of the Treasurer. Kindly quote the Rule.[/LEFT]
4. [LEFT]Can Managing Committee ask any Member to pay for the dues for the Period even when he/she was not even a member of the Society, and purchased the Flat directly from the Builder i.e. Society was formed years back but the Flat was under the possession of the Builder and sold to a person on a later date say aftet 6 years of the Formation of the Society and other Flats were already occupied by the members of the Society. Any Rule for asking/refusal of the payments by a New member.[/LEFT]
