you are requested to pl transfer my pf amt in my new PF A/c .
As I was already submitted form 13 in new delhi office on 19/06/2007 and I again visited PF office , new delhi, Mrs.Chawala, PF comminiser, Nehru Place , New Delhi inform me in writing (as copy attached , written in blue ink)that , this letter forwarded to udaipur office on 21/01/2008 as per copy enclosed.
Kindly see the attach file, and send me my pf amt in new A/c
