Which authority to escalate if we have false info in the information?

Our village website is Kasangadu - Global Village (kasangadu dot com). We are publishing information regarding out village accounts in the news section of our site .

We found some of the information contradictory then what is actual in the accounts. How to properly approach this to make the village to submit right accounts?

Can you please support unicode in the discussion?

Dear Kannaiyan, I appreciate the efforts of your village people in hosting a website as well as a blog. My hearty congrats to the pioneers of this initiative. However, since it is the policy of this portal not to permit external links, the same have been removed.

This portal draws its members and activists from various parts of the country. Only a few here can understand the Tamil version of yur blogs.

Please make the narration in english and post your requirements, so that the collective wisdom of this entire community is available to you.

Our village has individual pipelines to every home. For each pipeline, we are charges Rs.360. Totally there are 423 connections. So the total income to the village should be 360 * 423 = 1,52,280.

But the village president submitted only accounts for Rs. 79630/- which is clearly a manipulation of the accounts.

How do I request for right accounts or seek justification on public front and what will happen to the swallowed public money?
