Have you already applied for the Ration card ?Sponsorer
If yes, the you can file a RTI Application with the PIO located in the same office where you applied for the Ration Card.
Your RTI application has to be as per the RTI Rules and Fees for AP. These are available in the Guide segment of the portal: RTI Guide
